• Each of our lamps is created exclusively to order, ensuring that every piece is as unique as the space it’s destined for. Once your order is placed, we source only the finest materials before beginning a meticulous manufacturing process that takes approximately 10–15 days.

  After this process is complete, your lamp is carefully packaged and shipped, meaning delivery will take slightly longer than standard off-the-shelf products.

At terasu, each product is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects caused during production or delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Windows

• Dusting: Use a microfiber cloth or a soft duster to remove loose dust. Avoid paper towels—they can scratch acrylic.

• Cleaning: Mix mild dish soap with lukewarm water, then wipe gently with a microfiber cloth.

• Stubborn spots: If needed, use a plastic-safe cleaner (like Novus or a diluted vinegar-water solution).

Aluminum

• Dusting: Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth or soft brush.

• General cleaning: Use a damp cloth with mild soap and water.
